How's your weekend? I had a photo-shoot on Saturday for Moca & Mooie..just helping a friend. It was a half day shoot..tiring but it was fun!! we had a few silly and poser post. hahaha... Will post the pictures once I get hold of it..Didn't do much for the rest of the day. Had din din with my family @ Ishin Japanese Dining, on Old Klang Road. It's a fairly new place, decent food and it's affordable.

The kitchen is run by Chef Q or Chef Kew, formerly from Xenri D'River Terrace just down the road.

Oh.. Both Salmon Sashimi & Sashimi Salad was Goood! Just look at the presentation, marvellous! The next table to ours ordered a platter of Sashimi and the presentation was *gasps* WOW! It was only later that we found out the chef doesn't skimp on quality and resupplies his restaurant twice a week.

Overall, I'll give it 6.5 out of 10. It's a nice place to have dinner after a long day at work without having to think of what to eat. That's my take..

Short Film by Karl Lagerfeld...

Karl Lagerfeld presents you the Chanel 2011 Cruise Show with the debut of his short film "Remember Now", which was shot in Saint-Tropez France. The film features actors Elisa Sednaoui, Pascal Greggory and Jean-Roch, as well as models Freja Beha, Jake Davies, Magdalena Frackowiak, Baptiste Giabiconi, Sébastien Jondeau, Anja Rubik, Karolina Kurkova, Abbey Lee, Leigh Lezark and Heidi Mount.

Lagerfeld wrote, directed, and makes a cameo in the film mentioned “When I do a film, I see the movie before I’ve made it. I don’t make scripts because it’s written in my head. I like short one-liners.” So, here it is..

I came to realise that many big brands are engaging in short films, like the ones I posted a couple of months back by Absolut Vodka, Oliver Peoples and a film from Alex Roman. Reason being it's definitely much cheaper..cost a fraction of a typical tv commercial and it's free for distribution. Another trending media?

Pulau Perhentian

Coming back to work after such a lovely holiday is just sad! Having the withdrawal syndrome and not able to work productively..thinking of the beach, sand, sun and breeze..Mmm...Bliss!

It took us seven and a half hours to reach Kuala Besut. Even though the journey was long but it's all worth it!

Pulau Perhentian is a holiday paradise for low budget scuba, snorkelling and beach getaway. You will not believe how much we paid for a 3 days 2 nights stay at Shari-La Resort. It's RM350 per person including toll, petrol, parking, lodging, food & drinks. Ain't that a bargain?
