It may be a smile, it may be a telephone call, it may be preparing a meal, it maybe watching a movie -- in everything, give your best. If you feel like your life is mediocre or if you are having a bad day, do things slower and deliberately. Try to realize the essence of what you are doing, of how important it is, even if it seems to be nothing at all.
