..Life is full of Hope..

Think positive

Why do we have problems? The reason being is that we cling on to them and not let them get resolved. Firstly, is there really a problem? Will it matters in the long run? Or even a week? Try to look at it in a different perspective. Life becomes less stressful when you stop making a mountain out of molehills. My dad taught me to take things lightly. Don’t take it too hard on yourself because it only hinders you from moving forward. Learn how to take a step back and look at the problem from a macro view.

Accept the problem and stop resisting & STOP putting more energy into the problem. I know.. When it just exists, you’re all down, moody, cranky etc etc... Heard of this phrase? One apple spoils the whole bunch? If you think negatively, you’re just draining your energy by sulking and whining and not finding creative solutions to the challenge. Easy said than done! But if you indulge in this and think negatively about the whole problem it will not help but get upset at yourself. And you can’t expect anything positive to happen. All these are negative enforce and reinforcements.

If you could just try to accept it, brace with it and learn how to transcend with it, I’m pretty sure that the problem can be resolved in a matter of time. Sometimes it may take us a while to recognise them. However, we have to accept that the best solution is to back off and leave it alone. Meaning, we have to be realistic to see life and the problems that we face will not always obligingly adapt to suit us. We have to adapt ourselves in the circumstances and if it dictates that we have to change, then we have to change in order to solve the problem.

Besides this, you can ask friends for advices on what to do and how did they solve it in similar situations? By asking for help or even just venting out your anger and frustrations out can make you feel less stressful. Having someone by your side even if it is just for emotional support makes you feel better and you’d be surprised! Here's a quote:

Solving a problem can sometimes seem overwhelming and impossible. Try breaking the problem into smaller pieces and find solutions to those that can be resolved. By doing so you’ll reduce your anxiety level and then you can see things clearly. Don’t let negative thinking impact your emotions as it will cloud your judgements. Think positive!!

"Life is a seesaw of happiness and grief. Of well and sick. Of right and wrong. Of triumph and sacrifice. We cannot be at the same place at the same time. The highs and lows of our lives complement and supplement each other. That's why we are thankful in our blessings and optimistic in our sufferings"
Lets start anew!
